Which Vinyl Do I Need?

We stock 3 main types of vinyl, lets start off by what you'd like to create;

For Clothing Designs:
If you're looking to create designs for fabrics such as t-shirts, tote bags, and other various materials, you'll need Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV). Any of our product categories marked as HTV is where you need to be looking. From the World class PoliFlex Premium HTV and PoliFlex Glitter HTV, through to the amazing colours of TeckWrap HTV. After you have cut your design, this needs to be either heat pressed or ironed onto the fabric.

For Stickers / Decals:
If you're wanting to design permanent adhesive stickers for the likes of car decals, boats, windows, mirrors, card making, etc., you need to be looking at any of the Adhesive Vinyl Categories. Oracal 651 and TeckWrap Vinyl. You'll also need some Transfer Tape to apply these to the final surface.

Indoor Use:
If interior decorating is more you, the Oracal 638 range is an indoor non-permanent vinyl. Great for temporary signage, kids rooms and the likes. This vinyl is removable and can come cleanly off most smooth surfaces. You'll also need some Transfer Tape to apply these to the final surface.

Can You Cut A Different / Custom Size?

Yes. We can cut your vinyl to a custom length, however the width of the vinyl will always be a maximum of 30cm for Adhesive Vinyl and 25cm for HTV.

What Is The Best Way To Contact You?

Facebook, Email or Text.
As a small family business, we get quite busy preparing orders and often don't get to answer the phone as much as we would like to. So the best bet is to either send us a Facebook message, an email, text message, or via the Contact Us page and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.  :)

Why Haven't I Received A Conformation Email Yet?

All conformation emails are automated. Once at the time of purchase, and again when we book it for collection / courier.

If you have not recieved emails from us previously, please check your spam / junk email folder as they'll likely be in there.

Relax! To take the stress out of things, we're working on expanding this section with how-to videos and more. But for now, flick us a message - we'll be more than happy to help!

Shipping / Delivery

Where Are You Located?

We are based just off SH1, in sunny Foxton, New Zealand.

Do You Have A Store?

No, not yet. Currently we only have an online store, however this is something we're working on as we speak! Our builder is on-site working away to allow us to showcase our products - due to be complete in the near weeks.

How Fast Is Delivery?

Super fast! As we're a small family business, we take pride in getting orders out as soon as humanly possible.

Delivery times are simply based on how busy your local courier driver is. We pay for a 2 day service, most seem to be over night or next day - and of course some can be delayed too.

I'm Local, Can I Pick Up My Order?

Yes! 'Click & Collect' is an option during checkout, instead of paying to have the items couriered. We're based just off SH1, Foxton, New Zealand.

Collection details will be sent to you when your order is ready.

Where Do I Find My Tracking Number?

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is on the way, to track your order please follow the web link.

My Order Hasn't Arrived Yet, What Do I Do?

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is on the way, to track your order please follow the web link.

If for some reason your order is delayed getting to you, please allow up to 5 working days for your local courier driver to rectify this on their own.

If for some reason the tracking number has not been updated in those 5 days, please get in touch via the contact us page - we'll chase this up!
